Benchmark of other MVNO’s addressing the target segment.
Assess the current and short-term competitive environment in the Spanish Telco market.
Develop marketing plan & sales strategy to address the target segments.
Define the offer (tariffs, handset portfolio and promotions) in accordance to the marketing plan.
Size the opportunity and prepare business case.

Results

Confirmed the feasibility of the business. The project is currently paused, due to legal constraints.
