Background

Among different mobility services and solutions, our customer is pushing hard to develop a WLAN solution with the aim of both taking advantage of the first entrant opportunity and differentiating themselves from the rest of the competitors by this innovative service. The launch will be one of the first in Europe and will aim to deploy the service in around 4,000 sites in less than 2 years.

The mail goal is to launch a new service to provide broadband internet / intranet access to users on the move ensuring a competitive position in the market.

Valoris role

Valoris supports the customer in the wireless LAN strategy definition and launch phases including:

Strategy definition:
Market sizing and marketing strategy.
Roll-out plan assessment.
Implementation:
Design and implement end-to-end processes (billing, customer care, product and service fulfillment, etc.).
Site acquisition.
Support to operations:
Quality management.
Marketing and sales.
Customer care.
