Background

The client is a leading fixed and mobile company in The Netherlands and a leading European Telecom operator market. The client has outperformed its main competitors in the stock exchange market over the last years fundamentally due to the successful development of its multibrand strategy supported by MVNOs. After having succeeded with own and partner brands in different countries of Europe where it acts as MNO, the client is extending its reach into new markets, developing pan-European operations as an MVNE. Therefore, the company wanted to enter the Spanish and French MVNO market. The project's objective was to launch operations in Spain and France of an MVNE business for its own MVNO brands and their partners brands.
