Carlos is a Principal at Valoris, joining the company in 2007. At Valoris, Carlos has been involved with our telecom practice, specifically helping our clients to launch mobile virtual network operators in Spain and helping other telecom clients in Spain and Latin America.

Prior to Valoris, he was the strategic planning director of a leading mobile operator in Venezuela. He also worked at McKinsey & Company as engagement manager for the Andean Pact Office (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and the Caribbean), helping telecom and media clients to define their strategies.

EDUCATION

Carlos is a Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central of Venezuela (Caracas) and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona).
